Here at The London Society we try to keep on top of the books about London that are published each month, but it's an uphill struggle.

But we have a dream: we want this website and our publications to be the place to go to read reviews of books about all aspects of the capital - its built environment, its history, its people, its monuments, its places.

To this end, we're reorganising how we do reviews and putting a shout out for new people (members of the Society or not) to join our pool of reviewers. This is (unfortunately) unpaid, but you do get to keep the book you're revieweing.
