Contributions from Anthony Dewar (Network Rail); Kay Hughes(HS2); Prof. Glenn Lyons (Mott MacDonald) as well as future thinking from Dan Philips (RCA); and Paul Priestman (Priestman Goode), all chaired by Chris Williamson, each give their vision of the future before the discussion is widened to include questions and comments from all participants.
