The Web site is written using hand crafted XHTML 1.0 and CSS2, using PHP as a server scripting language and MySQL as the database engine.
Frames have been avoided, mainly due to problems with navigation. The site is hosted by our super-connected host 1&1
Great store is placed on presenting pages that conform to the relevant Web and English standards. When a new page layout is devised it is checked in IE, Firefox and Opera to provide a consistent look to the site regardless of the browser used. Also checkout the Web Standards Project. The HTML pages are validated using CSE HTML Validator and the W3C HTML and CSS validators (just for good measure).
