Learn about the estate’s origins as home for Sir Hans Sloane’s magnificent collection of curiosities, the original purpose of the King’s Road as the private route for the monarch between palaces – and how this extraordinary heritage has shaped its character today.

This walk will highlight their important stewardship role, from preserving distinctive architectural styles to creating exceptional new public realm, attracting some of the world’s best shopping and dining – while helping to enhance the area’s strong sense of community.
