Cancellation policy

Information about our cancellation and refund policy for London Society events.

Cancellations by members

  • To cancel a booked place on an event, notice must be given by email to events@londonsociety.org.uk.
  • If you cancel at least 14 days prior to the date of the event you will receive a full refund (or a credit for future events).
  • If you cancel less than 14 days before the event you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • No refund will be made for non-attendance.

Cancellations by London Society and changes to dates

  • Despite our best endeavours there may be occasions where we have to change the date or, in exceptional circumstances, to cancel an event.
  • If this happens members will be given the opportunity to either attend the rescheduled event or to receive a full refund.
